 Running, Trail Running, Obstacle Races, Crossfit, and Yoga are all part of my life.
If it means moving or challenging myself I am probably doing it.
 I am excited to share my tips, tricks, and training to encourage, inspire or motivate you and ultimately get you inspired to go outside.
Wellness goes hand in hand with fitness for me, 
here I will share my favorite recipes, workouts, and the things that allow me to feel better, daily.
